Iso Arms aka Jammer Arms aka Lever Arms

If you’ve watched any YouTube videos or product demos you know that these types of arm systems provide a ton of additional exercise options and can replicate most hammer strength plate loaded machine exercises.

Rogue’s Jammer Arms
Titan’s Lever Arms
REP’s Iso Arms

If you are concerned about compatibility with your rack, don’t worry, REP, Rogue, Titan, and Sorinex (plus other companies too) all make their own version. There likely is some compatibility overlap with standard 3×3 uprights that have 1 inch holes, but until some of these newer arms are actually in hand to test you can’t be 100% sure of compatibility. There have been some reviews and often times the locking system or additional safety pins might not exactly fit from one manufacturer to another.

Differences include: length of arm options (regular vs short), how they attach to your rack – pins vs a trolley or sliding system and price.

Rogue offers 4 variations – Regular or Short, Monster Series or Monster Lite (likely hole size/placement and hardware difference only) – all currently out of stock.

REP offers 2 variations – PR-4000 or PR-5000 compatibility (again likely hole size/placement and hardware difference only) – currently their regular version is out of stock but they also offer a Clearance version for $40 off their regular price due to paint or finish mistakes but still fully functional. That can be purchased here.

Titan offers 2 variations – Lever arms for their T-3 Series rack and lever arms for their Titan Series Rack.

Price: Rogue is $995 for Monster version and $895 for Monster Lite (different lengths cost the same). REP is $399 for both versions but their clearance option is $359. Titan is $279 for their Titan series and $269 for their T-3 series.

Weight: Very similar for Rogue 71 pounds per arm and REP at 64 pounds per arm, but Titan’s lever arms are only 42 pounds per arm. Weight might impact how easy the arms to place in an over head position.

We will expand on this brief over view comparison as we get more hands on reports and compatibility confirmations. In the meantime feel free to DM RepStockAlerts with any questions or let us know what additional aspects of these arms you’d like us to compare.

Update Compatibility: Direct explanation from REP – “We cannot guarantee cross-company compatibility. These arms fit 75mm x 75mm REP racks: PR-5000 V2 attachment fits a 27mm hole. PR-4000 attachment fits an 18mm hole. Because of its dynamic nature, the arms were engineered with a tight tolerance. As such, moving this product up and down your rack may leave behind some residue from the protective plastic. PR-4100 Folding Rack: The ISO arms are compatible with the folding rack, but not recommended. This is because they place too high of a demand on your anchor system.”

We take this explanation to mean that it’s going to be tight on a 2.95×2.95 REP rack upright so it might not fit a Rogue true 3×3 upright. In the past people have had luck shaving 0.025mm from each side of the plastic liner to get accessories to fit.
